What can we do?

1. We remove all the logs, burners and burner plates and ensure that all dust and debris is removed.

2. Orifices are then checked for blockages and proper sizing.

3. Problematic parts are removed and replaced at this time.

4. Paint touch ups inside the firebox as needed

5. Reassemble of burner pan and plate

6. Media such as logs/rocks or glass are hand cleaned and installed.

7. Interior portion of glass is cleaned and gaskets are checked thoroughly

8. Fireplace is tested for functionality and any air adjustments are made.

9. Cleaning of outside of fireplace with paint touchups as required.

10. Open communication throughout the entire service process. You are NEVER left in the dark.
